Strange or beautiful?

So my DF and I have been playing around with possible girl names as we plan to gender sway for a girl when we're ready to TTC #2. My absolute favorite name is Nerina. DF doesn't like the way it sounds and says that it's too weird, but I think it's gorgeous.

So what do you ladies think? Do you agree with me and think it's beautiful, or do you think my DF is right about it being too odd?

I don't dislike it but if you said it out loud I'd think you were saying 'marina' as in, where you would keep a boat. What about Nina?

I don't like Nina, it's too plain and common for me.

Marina is okay, but I don't think I would use it.
