strange period

so my period started the 12 of this month and only lasted 3 days, i had little clotting but nothing big like i normally have! the only thing different i have been doing this month was taking maca every other day but starting to take it once a day with folic acid and asprin!

normally my period last 4-5 days with heavy bleeding. sorry if this is tmi! any advice on what could be going on would be lovely!
