Ok, I've noticed over the past week or so I've been getting a light brown/yellow discharge in my panty liner, however it isn't there when I wipe, so not sure if it's anything to worry about

Some days I have quite alot of watery discharge, some days I have nothing. Also, if I'm busy I forget to change my liner through the day and it's worse then.

I'm thinking it's maybe just a build up of discharge?

Not really too sure, hon but I didn't want to read and run
I get gushes of watery, white cm . I rush to the bathroom, anxious as anything but if you don't see anything when you wipe, you should be ok.
Just monitor it and give your ob a call if it worries you too much
