hi all

i go back to work on november 2nd  but i haven't got a clue what hours i will be working or where i will be working.

i have rang in to find out about it and one day i get one answer then other they give me another!!

i seriously dont want to go back but i cant afford not to i suffered with stress before i was pregnant and during because of where i worked and now i'm suffering again i cant stop crying and if i go to the doctors they will just say its PND.

 and to top it all off last week i was meant to be paid bank holiday pay in my wages but they didn't put it in so i rang them up and asked why and they said it would be in this weeks but guess what its not there.

having no money is making me worse i have worked ever since i have left school and have never been this bad off after paying everything out each week i'm left with about £30 to get things gertie needs.

i'm having to get all herxmaspresents from ebay as i cant afford anything new and it makes me so sad that i cant even buy new things for my little girls first xmas.

sorry i need a little rant as i cant stop crying and have no one else to talk to!!

i go back in jan and am dreading it!!!!!
i work shifts but am writing them a letter telling them what hours i can do if not thye can make me redundant!!!!!
phone them and ask for a meeting to discuss going back ir write to them telling them that as per government ruling you will need fixed hours
hope it goes well
as for the pay owed its your money hun tell them you want a cheque writing or you will pursue it further

Awww :hugs: don't cry hun...you will be fine...

My advice to you would be to write a list of questions that you have for your workplace...then contact you manager, arrange either a meeting...if you don't want to see them before you return you could always call them and speak to them. Ask all the questions that you have written down...once you have got the answers ask them if it would be possible for them to put it in writing and post it to you, this way if you have got the wrong information you only did what your manager told you to do and it wont fall back on you... Be strong hun and do it...it is daunting returning to work after so long especially when you are not happy in your workplace but you can do this...

Is is not possible that you could look for a new job?! Or could you afford to request flexible working hours so you dont have to work so much?!...and in the mean time you could be searching for a new job?

I really hope it all works out or you...if you want to ever chat feel free to pm me :hugs: xxx

I agree with LaDY!

I think you need to be strong. If you were suffering with stress before leaving then you will be having the same feelings about going back.

:hugs: hun....hope you get it sorted.

Laura, I've realised you'd be back at work now - hope it's going ok???? :hugs:
