was hoping to avoid them entirely throughout this,
but i have got severe one on my legs and bum, and a few on my chest too :dohh:
but now they are starting to appear on my bump. it's awful. :nope:

I have them too on my thighs and hips. They'll go away in the end. I had them on my boobs when i was younger and i cant even see them anymore. Hoping these ones will be the same :)

I've got them ALL over my bump, it happens, and they will fade, so I don't mind that much.

They are apart of having a baby, The girls who have none are lucky, your belly stretches alot in a small amount of time. They do fade mine were almost completely gone (color wise) I'm sure they will darken again with this baby but I honestly dont mind.

I was hoping to avoid them too, but I didn't. Mine aren't too awful, they're really light and they'll fade in time. It's all part of being a mommy. If they bother you horribly, try rubbing Palmers Stretch Mark Cream on them in the morning and in the evening, that's what I do, but don't expect immediate results! Our bodies are still stretching and it can take a while to notice anything at all! Or if you can afford the more expensive kind, try the Spoiled Mama collection. :hugs:

Thanks lol no stretchies yet though f'xd i reek of cocoa butter atm :haha:
Im 26+2 atm that pic was 25 so Ill update at 27 as I am bigger haha and I continue to grow until December 21st. . . I think I will go early though as Im 5" and I was a UK6-8 and weighed between 7 and 7 and a half stone and 2 weeks ago I was 9stone :haha: I think hes a chunk or else I have ALOT of fluid :)

my stomach looks like a london road map!!! They first appeared on my boobs, then near my belly button, then all underneath my belly button and then finally on my sides. dont know if i have any on my legs as i cant move the bump out the way to check haha x

Ditto. I had a few on my hips and bum when I was younger, but can't even tell now! I wouldn't worry about them too much.

My butt is completely covered. Completely. I swear there's more every day.

I have the starts of some on the top backs of my thighs. :( I don't think there's any stopping them, they're very purple-ish patches but I'm sure as the skin stretches it'll tear more and they'll be red. I have 3/4 on the sides and fronts of my thighs as well.

I'm getting the start of one in a...weird place, on my bump. It's right at the very top of my bump, not anywhere I've seen someone have one before.

They suck.

i had a few on my legs and boobs pre-pregnancy, but now they're super dark and seem to have multiplied by a million.

I don't have them anywhere except my ribs! I look like a bear mauled one side of my rib cage..so weird.

Awwh :) You get used to them girls, honest. I got really severe ones all over my body, you name it, I got stretchmarks on it. My family has very non stretchy skin lol. But they do go down alot and get less obvious. The minor ones will pretty much dissappear in time, the more severe ones go down but are likely to never completely go. I was devastated when I got my first lot when I was pregnant with Robyn, but now I'm quite proud of them :) reminders of when I carried my little girl, and now they are for my little boy too. Chin up girls :) what you get out of it at the end is all worth it. Just think of your stretchmarks as proud reminders of how you carried your little ones

xoxox

they say no cream works it just keeps your skin form getting dry. it is in your genes you either get them or you dont no matter how much you put on them

I started to get some light ones on my breasts,
I would highly recommend Clarins Tonic Body Treatment oil, it's amazing and helps to prevent stretch marks by increasing the elasticity of your skin.
put it on everyday on your bump, legs, sides and chest.
I've been slacking a little bit but it really does work. :)

argh yeah they're the most upsetting part of pregnancy for me!! started on my boobs which have got worse and worse, now some on my thighs getting worse and my OH said i've got them on my bum too!! :( slowly starting to appear on my waist.. gosh. i use palmers stretch mark cocoa butter morning and evening yet they're still appearing so i don't think there's anything to prevent them! i have this mum to be stretch mark oil stuff came in a purple box gift set from boots? that seems to be working really well to reduce them, but then more pop up and i'm back to square one again!
if anyone finds any miracle cures please share! x
