Struggling too poop

Hi my little boy is 8 months old now.He is EBF and also on solid food. Took him a while too get used too solid food so I have just been following his lead. He hasnt been to poo properly since the weekend. He is really uncomfy. I took him to the doctors yesterday and he felt his tummy and listened in and said his tummy felt and sounded fine. He said to leave it another 5 days or so before bringing him back. He told me too drink some prune juice as then my milk may help him go properly. Would it help him if I drank some prune juice? Thanks in advance. x
