My dog is following me constantly lol stupid mutt its very lovely really! What is your dog doing now you are pregnant x

I have a big dog (German shepherd collie cross) who we got as a rescue. He is a big softy but his training wasn't spot on when we it him and he is quite hyper. The main problem is his jumping up. Around the time I got my bfp he randomly stopped jumping on me. He still won't jump up at all, it's lovely!

He also keeps resting his head on my tummy and sometimes he states at me in an unusual way .

I'm pretty sure he has lived with a pregnant lady and a kid before because he is brilliant with kids , he is a totally calm an laid back dog when there are kids around.

We have a cat...she doesn't seem to realise/care that I'm pregnant! Bless your soppy dogs!! So sweet!

I wish my dogs would notice something was up! If they have noticed then they aren't bothered :)

Haaaa! This is my second pregnancy since I got my dog so perhaps it's because he knows what's coming! Mind you our cat co parented with him when she had her kittens, she would leave them with him so he could clean them for her lol!

Aww bless. My dog is more affectionate with me lately too, always snuggling up to me.

My dog is being a royal pain in the *ss. She is a boxer and has always been very territorial, but lately it is getting out of hand. We live on a pretty big property, and it's not unusual for her to go check out what the neighbours are doing and bark at them if they are in their yard, but lately she is taking it to an entirely new level. If she sees any sort of motion anywhere near the front door she loses it and goes charging across the house to bark at the door, even if it's just my OH grabbing something out of his coat. She will wake from a dead sleep and charge outside and bark her face off at nothing. She just seems so much more on edge and more territorial. I don't know if it's because I'm pregnant, but the timeline is about right and my OH says she doesn't do it when I'm not home. We are getting a little fed up with her. She is also deaf, so once she gets in her crazy mood and charges outside we can't call her back to us or yell at her to stop, so we are just living with it!

Both of mine are working sheepdogs (border collies), the old guy is totally clingy to my DH such is loyalty after I've had him 12 years and hand raised the git lol. the younger dog is very one person normally however currently he is very over protective while we're around lone men esp young blokes, apart from that both dogs are still working and listening so I'm happy.

My dog gets stressed out when I'm pregnant because he has high anxiety. It sucks because he licks his paw constantly. But he does become very protective of me.
