Hi ladies, my LO is due in a couple of weeks so we've been figuring out our steriliser and bottles if breast feeding doesn't go to plan

Just a quick question which may seem very silly haha...
I've read and been told a million different ways to heat bottles up and it's all confusing and some of the options seem to take a lot of time, which i Imagine once LO is hungry won't be ideal!
Was just wondering if any of you had an suggestions or tips to what works best for you?

I just feed room temperature bottles to our LO, makes it much easier!

Ok I put mine in the microwave for a couple of seconds just to take the chill off as I pre-make bottles and store them in the fridge. But this method is not 'recommended' due to hotspots (neither is pre making bottles recommended) so if you want to follow the recommendations I would advide placing the bottle in a jug of boiling water. Much quicker than an electric bottle warmer in my opinion.

I also just used to give at room temperature before I started pre-making. At the end of the day ther are many different ways as you said yourself. You just need to work out which method best suits you and that you feel comfortable with your chosen method.

I make each bottle up fresh using hot water from a flask. I boil the kettle in the morning, wait 45 mins and fill up the flask. I then do it again at night.
