Has anyone ever heard that sex can induce a delayed period? Just wondering if there is any truth to this. Thanks ladies.

Hmmm....I don't think that would be possible. Your progesterone levels dropping is what brings on AF. Although some women bleed/spot after sex when they are getting ready to start their period so maybe that's why some associate sex with their period starting

Yes I've heard that loads of times, because it can help your body relax and release endorphins, oxytocin and hormones.

That's interesting. I am mainly asking because I am 6 days late (waiting for 9 days late to test) and me and OH dtd three times yesterday. I thought if that mentioned statement was true I would have started! Nothing yet! Baby dust to everyone!
