Has anyone had a Subchorionic Hematoma and had a successful pregnancy? I am currently 7 weeks and 4 days pregnant. First pregnancy after trying for two years and I am a nervous wreck.

I have been having bleeding for two weeks, on and off, mostly when I wipe. I've had a lot of ultrasounds and all has looked good with the baby, good heartbeat and all.
In my last ultrasound on Monday, they found a small blood clot 1 cm in size in my uterus under the gestational sac. My Doctor says that this is very common and that it should go away on it's own, that I should just stay on bed rest and take it easy. He didn't really seemed that concerned about it.

So I have been on bed rest for two weeks already, and when I don't do much and walk much I basically have no bleeding, just some brown discharge, but when I get up and move around for at least an hour, like to take a shower, no crazy movement, no bending, I start to bleed red again and I get upset and freaked out every time. I am scared it is never going to stop. I tend to worry a lot any way, but this is just putting me over the edge. Everytime I see red blood it makes me want to run to Dr for Ultrasound. And tonight I had a big gush of blood, the most yet. It was there when I wiped and even when I peed, then it stop.

Trying to stay postivie, but I am so scared.

Any advice? Anyone go through this and have a positive outcome. I really don't need to hear any negative stories at the moment. I have read to many of those.

Just really scared

I had one at 7 weeks i had a bleed then and another little bleed at 12 weeks and now it is all gone :flower:

I'm not pregnant now but I had this when I was pregnant, so I wanted you to hear of a positive outlook!

Mine started when I was 13 weeks, I started bleeding, even passed two big size blood clots, sorry if tmi, they were about the size of baseballs. They said the was from a low lying placenta and they also saw a small area that they thought may be the clot on my uterus.

Then at 17 weeks I had a gush of blood, all the while still bleeding the whole time. I went to the hospital again and they first said I had a partial placenta abruption. I was hospitalized and during one of my ultrasounds while there they said it was the subchoronic hematoma...unknown how it got there or why it happened.
Well I continued to bleed off and on up to 30 weeks pregnant. I went on to deliver my son at 37 weeks exactly vaginally. He is now a happy and healthy 19 month old little boy.
I understand your fears, I was so stressed and scared my entire pregnancy.
I hope everything goes well for you. If you have any questions please PM me.
