Just had a miscarriage 2 days ago. I was 6+2 and passing clots. Ultrasound didnt even show a sac. Im terrified I will have trouble getting pregnant again and keeping it. I head first time pregnancy miscarriages are common. Any success stories after a miscarriage?

I'm so sorry for your loss.

My story is a little different because I had 5 healthy babies (but lost our 3rd child, not pregnancy related)

I then suffered a loss at 18 weeks, had a healthy child, lost a baby at 15 weeks, then 5 weeks, 5 weeks again, fell pregnant with twins, lost one at 7 weeks but one made it. The last 4 losses happened within a 6 month period, I don't know what was happening, but I did go on to have healthy babies after my miscarriages.

Usually a miscarriage doesn't give you any less chance of going on to have a healthy pregnancy. I hope that your physical recovery is quick and that you get some hope from others stories of subsequent successful pregnancies.

Im so sorry for your loss. I had a miscarriage (due to chromosome issues) and went on to have 3 health babies. We have one more on the way.

Im so sorry for your losses! Did you get any tests done to figure out why you had all the losses?

Only with my 15 week loss, my placenta had come away. They were supposed to do tests after my 18 week but didn't, so I'll never knowing it was the same thing.
I was advised to take aspirin after my first loss x

I'm really sorry for your loss :( I know it's hard but one loss really won't mean you will have trouble in future pregnancies. It makes it sound so cold, and I hate saying it but first time early losses are common. Although that in no way makes it any easier to deal with. A loss is hard to deal with no matter at what point it is and I totally understand why your worried. We had lots of miscarriages when trying for our second. I have issues with my blood clotting and our 19week loss was due to me catching rubella. We went on to have two healthy pregnancies after though.. Crossing my fingers that your next pregnancy leads to your rainbow.
