Success stories of multiple c sections at older maternal age please

Hi ladies
Just wanted to ask. Is there anyone who managed to have a healthy and happy outcome in situation similar to mine? I’m 39 will be 40 soon and looking at 3rd c section. Last baby was 7 years ago. Any stories of success?

Not me, but my SIL. She had her fifth c-section at 42 and all was well.
