Success with acupuncture without IVF?

Hi everyone,
I've read some great things about acupuncture to aid in conception, but most of it seems to be paired with IVF or other treatments. Has anyone had success with acupuncture without another treatment?

I follow a thread on here for folk having acupuncture to help regulate AF and help with pregnancy and since January we have had 2 pregnancies and no one is on IVF.

I love the acupuncture it is really relaxing and it has helped me get AF back after going of BCP, would definitely recommend it.

I haven't had any experience with acupuncture when it comes to fertility however my friend had very irregular cycles and had tried for months and months to get pregnant and just couldn't. She did acupuncture and it really helped regulate her cycles, and it wasn't long and she got pregnant. She was doing acupuncture alone, no IVF or anything else.
