Sudden acne in 10 month old-pics

All the sudden, my 10 month old has a spread of baby acne across her nose. It started a couple days ago, and today seems a tad worse, moving up on her forehead a bit and a little onto her cheeks. It's not horrible or anything. I thought you wouldn't be able to see in a pic, but I tried and you can so I'm attaching a couple. It doesn't show up as well in the pictures though. I've noticed now too it is happening behind her ears as well.

She never had much baby acne even when she was itty bitty, although she did have a bit. Since 1-2 months her skin has been "baby smooth."

It didn't happen after the introduction of any new foods, I haven't changed laundry soap or even gotten any new clothes for her. She had a cold a couple weeks ago but has totally recovered.

Any ideas?

Yes my lo is the same but it's on his arms!!

It's small bumpy but doesn't seem to bother him, how weird!! He's 11 months in a few days x
