LO has just turned 4 months.
2-3 weeks ago she suddenly started eating (what felt like ) all the time. I started recording it and it was 10 times in 24 hours with the potential for grazing all night ( I don't really know as mostly asleep!). After being quite happy with 8-9 feeds a day and a 4+ hour sleep stretch at night previously.

3 days ago she has suddenly started having naps in the day (new thing! Was trying all the tricks in the book before that and still not quite succeeding) and she is sleeping for 6+ hours on the trot at night (also new, and exciting!).

Despite this hot weather, she has only been feeding 6 times a day- and sometimes that's me doing it without her asking.

Seriously, up until 3 days ago she'd have been screaming for it every 2 hours.

Has the hot weather done something odd? Or do things look up in the 'not feeding 10 times a day' department?

I thought she'd be eating more in the heat :/

Any one else?

Looks like I may be alone on that then....

....as an aside: How long did it take your body to adjust to feeding less. I'm like a soggy milk pudding at the moment. Puddles in the bed- which have never happened up until now.
I don't want to express as that will just encourage more!

My LO has been sleeping longer in the hot weather. He's dropped one of his night feeds too, but still feeds 7 or 8 times a day. Can't help you with how long it takes for your body to adjust - Felix constantly changes his schedule, so my boobs are always confused!
