Sudden loss of symptoms?

Hello.

I am 9 weeks preggo, seen the heart beat at 7&1 and again at 8&5.

I had awful sickness and sore boobs.
But all of a sudden it's gone?

I have cervical ectroption which causes me to spot. So I am spotting like normal. No extra heavy blood or cramps.

We tried to use the doppler yesterday but couldn't find the heart beat, only mine. However I'm not worried about not finding it on the doppler just yet. As it is still early!

It's just I had all these symptoms and now they are gone ?!
Everything makes me worried and paranoid after my loss. So is this just another one of those things?

I had this happen to me at 7+5 I started to bleed too......my baby was fine n my symptoms are now in full swing........yukkkkkkk lol x

At 9 weeks the placenta takes over and lots of women get a big reduction in symptoms
