Sudden stabbing cramps during sex- help!

Hi ladies

So last night the absolute weirdest thing happened and I'm now petrified all these things are wrong and that I'm gonna die etc etc etc.

So my partner down below is pretty big to say the least, bigger than ex partners! We were in the 'spooning' position last night so I was on my side he was behind me and all of a sudden i felt the most tender horrible pain, as if the head had just stabbed my insides. We had to stop due to the pain which I would describe as intense stabbing cramps, so much that I didn't want to move and wouldn't have even attempted to walk!

About 15 mins after the pain was more mild but still there and then probably half an hour later it had gone and I could move normally without feeling it still.

I know from a previous pregnancy (ended in MMC) that I had a tilted uterus, that's all she said. So I don't know if this makes any difference as to what the reason could be.

Endometriosis, just a coincidence?

Reassurance would be so good right now

It COULD be PCOS? I've heard from other ladies that a cyst popping feels similar to how you described.Haven't experienced it myself, and I may be wrong completely though.
