Coconut oil doesn't but I'm not sure canola oil is Good idea

Thanks for everyone's responses. I ended up drinking some more grapefruit juice and kept up with water intake, and finally got good ewcm on CD 19! (Last Friday) DTD right away and feeling very hopeful! Testing a week from today, wish me luck!

i'm not sure if vitamin e helped, but that was the only new thing i was taking this cycle, and i hot a LOT of ewcm.
