Suggestions/recommendations for venue please

I have been looking high and low for the prefect wedding venue and me and my OH just can't seem to find one that we like enough. Were looking for a lovely country Manor house of some sort. Not too bothered about what part of the uk it's in, but would prefer the south as it's closest.

Our budget for the venue is around the £5000 mark.
We are planning on getting married in 2018 so lots of time to get a venue sorted. Just would like to find somewhere really thanks ladies

Woburn Abbey
Wrest Park House
Cliveden House
Hamden House
Missenden Abbey
Chicheley Hall

The ones I've listed are beautiful buildings, don't know much about what the prices are like etc...
