Mmmmk.. i pretty much know im pregnant (3 positives) i have my Docs appointment at 2pm today. (oh the wait is a pain!) Now Hubby and I ORIGINALLY (like a year or longer ago) had our Boys name picked out... my old best friend Stole it. *sigh* Now theres already a kid running around with his name.. and it's always shortened and we hate it! - the name was Nicholai (we'd have spelt it "Nickolai" - I am so passionate and i truely LOVE that name - but i don't like "Nick" his name is Nickolai not "Nick".. anyways so we scratched that off the chart
Now the Boys name (if you're wondering the girls name is pretty much picked ;D)
We're thinking either -
Desmond (Des)
Darien
Syrus (Hubby likes this, i dont lol)
and we're still wondering of course
What do you guys think!?

If you love Nickolai i say go for it! Sounds nice! (I personally LOVE Nicholas/Nico). I've actually never heard of Nickolai. Not really fond of the other options... although Darien is ok.

Thanks hun; it's just.... Hubby hates the fact she stole it. and we both know he'll be called "Nick" not "Nicko" or even "Nickolai" and it bugs us alot. Hubby also hates the fact that people will question us "oh so you got the name from so-so"...-.- we dont want to have to have the hassle!... yet the name is so beautiful ONLY when spoken it's Full name!... Darien i love that name too but to me its kinda a dorky name ^^; we'll see! thanks for replying!

I agree with MommyTammyPA and still go with Nickolai.
I'm afraid I'm not keen on your other choices.
