sumone tell me if they think my sweep has been successful plz?

just wondering if anyone can enlighten me
had my sweep 1pm thursday and had sum bloody discharge and mucous which i was still loseing yesterday mornign but has seemed to stop now.. n thurs all day my tummy was tight constantly and i had really bad lower back ache,
yesterday i had back ache but a lot less uncomfortable and baby moved loads, constantly infact until i went to bed last nite.. as ive been knackered been falling asleep about 8pm haha
i woke up this morning with nothing, slight lower back ache but so mild i can hardly notice it and babys still moving ok but no discomfort or tightening of the belly , nothing!! mw also did a stretch too and its pretty impossible for me to bend as his so low and i haveing alot of twinges where his pushing down.aint pleasent.

i thought normally the sweep is 85% effective and normally within 48hrs labour starts or normally summit happens haha..
im guessin it worked to a extent..
the babys head is soo low down too thou, midwife said she cud easily feel it with her middle finger without having to struggle or anything and shes got tiny lil hands haha.. she adviced me that his so ready it wud b before the weekend is out that he will b born even without the sweep.. but i cant see it.. i know labour etc can start quickly but i just dont c it..
am i just being impatient as its nearly been 48hrs and i was kindahoping for summit lol.. or do u think it has been a successful sweep n im on the path of summit happening??

I've never had a sweep but it al sounds promising. Maybe runnin up an down stairs, bouncin on birth ball or a long walk would help? U need him to keep on ur cervix to get some pains happenin x

theres not a lot i can do like sex or the ball or a bath or stairs haha as dont have any but i been on all 4's sorting my kids toys out past few days and im constantly walking, seems to b all i do ..i got 3 dogs n i think even there getting annoyed with the walks haha

do u think my sweep has worked then and im likely to get progress soon just i have spd n dunno how much longer i can put up wit being up all nite where i cant lay down etc as too painful..

With DD 2 I had 2 sweeps and bled a little after both - after the second sweep I had alot of pain the next morning I leaked a little and was checked but they sent me home and it was the start, I went into labour that evening and she was born the next morning.
