I am very fair skin and so is my son. He is breastfed so I worry he isn't getting enough vitamin D. So I wanna start taking him out into the sun to get some sunlight. I live in Florida, in the U.S. and its HOT here. It gets to be about 105 degrees or so everyday, so I don't wanna expose my LO to extreme heat and burning rays. How long should I go outside for that won't cause him to burn but will be enough for vitamin D intake? I have the vitamin drops if you think I shouldn't take him into this kind of sunlight.
