I have a regular 27 day cycle and I'm looking for something that I can take with Clomid that might increase my progesterone.
So far I've only seen that COQ10 and Vitex are a no no.
Is there anything else out there?
(Besides B6 and Prenatals)

I've read that you shouldn't take Soy, EPO or Agnus Castus while on Clomid.

Have you thought about trying Royal Jelly supplements? It's meant to be good for helping fertility, supporting egg health, etc...

Can I ask why CoQ10 is a nono?

Thank you for responding!! I don't recall why it isn't. ..i read it in a few articles a while ago and wished I had saved them. But who knows, not everything you see on the interwebs is true right? Haha

:o:o
I thought everything on the internet was true!!!
You've shattered my illusions :winkwink:

I've actually been looking up something similar to you as there's a chance I may need Clomid myself. The amount of information I've sifted through over the past week or so is making my poor brain hurt!
Been reading good things about Royal Jelly, a lot of which makes sense considering where it comes from (so long as you're not allergic to bees and honey of course) and it's cheaper in Holland and Barrett than anywhere else at the moment.

Lol!
Sorry to burst your bubbles of hopes and dreams and unicorns ;)

Isn't it amazing how much stuff there is out there? What gets me is like webmd will have something different then say.. The mayo clinic. . Dont these big shots talk to each other?

I actually love honey. I used to eat the flavored ones all the time as a kid. Yum! Maybe I'll add that to my next amazon order of cheapies...

That's okay *sniff sniff* Ya big meanie :laugh2:

I know, the amount of sites I've looked at that all contradict each other is ridiculous.

Apparently Manuka honey is good too, so I'd get some of that with your Amazon order (although it's bloody expensive stuff).
Can I post links? I've got a list of supplements that one lady took and it's insanely long but very informative - might be worth a read.

Okay, here's the link for you: https://www.fertilityfriends.co.uk/forum/index.php?topic=226042.0

Bless that lady for writing all of that information but she must have been RATTLING for months!! :haha:
I hope it helps, though. It's interesting to see that this lady has said to use CoQ10; I've got it written down but I'll look into it more before going ahead and buying it.

Thanks so much for finding that. Good reading material while H tires out the pup.

No problem, I hope it helps.
I've now got a list a mile long of vitamins and supplements to try - I think I'll be taking more of those than the prescribed meds I take!

When he's finished tiring out your pup does he want to try tiring out our cat? She's tearing around like a maniac and it's just far too hot to even watch her!

(BTW, your avatar is just beautiful)

 it's not possible to tire out a boxer...ever.. at least I've never seem it *sigh

Your kitty must be on catnip cause all ours do is just sleep all damn day. One harasses the other for sheer amusement sometimes then when he's done he'll walk away. Our female cat sits like a diva on the edge of the bed right in front of the blowing a/c. I think it's Marilyn Monroe in another life :haha:

And thank you for the kind words. I love my photographer and wish he could make me look like that all the time lol

Ahh, I'm jealous! Boxers are just gorgeous animals; such sweet personalities.

Our cat is utterly mad, she can go from a preening diva to a small ball of furry insanity in seconds.
She's a demanding little madam as well - I'd swear she was going through "Terrible Twos" :haha:

Anyway, I'm completely derailing this thread now, sorry!
I suppose I should at least pretend to get some sleep as it's nearly 1am.
Nice chatting with you :flower:
