Hi everyone,
I am so sorry we are all here and hope to find so support and that we all get what we want.
My story is that I have 4 boys (13,8,6,2) we decided to try again in oct I had a d&c at 11 weeks baby died at 6 and 2weeks ago I haemorrhaged at home at 12 weeks again baby died at 6 weeks.
Some people say it could be age related but I have been reading studies that poo poo this idea and that we ( both me and dh) need to be fit and healthy and take supplements such as maca, horny goat weed and co enzyme 10.
My question to you lovelies is this....... Have you tried any of these and did it make or not make any difference
I should mention I am 38

I'm sorry for your loss! I don't know what to tell you. Sometimes MC's just happen. It's not considered "problematic" unless you have 3. I know it's easier said than done (I've had several, myself, so I understand), but try not to stress about it. Eat right, take care of yourself, take a good multivitamin and extra folic acid, and that should do it. No need to waste money on supplements you probably don't even need.

I have been sent for additional tests "due to my age" and have already advised me of additional folic acid, baby aspirin and possibly I want to say progesterone pesseries :-/ so I will have to see what they say about alternative therapies...

Progesterone isn't uncommon, even if you're young. If you'll be doing clinical treatments, there's likely no need to do the pricey herbal stuff, too. I think people typically do one or other other.
