I remarried last summer and now have dd1 who has chosen to keep her dads name and my previous married name. Dd2 has double barrelled hers with the new name and ds dh and me share same name now. If fob is on birth certificate then name cannot legally be changed without his permission but for schopls and doctors can give a preferred known by name...
