Surprise ovulation?????

Hey ladies,
well i miscarried on the 11th of march and i had a d&c on that day too. So tomoz it will be 4weeks ago, still feels like yesterday! My doctor followed my hcg down to 18 and that was on the 28th. Today i have lots of ewcm and i did a opk cheapie and got a + then i did a clearblue digital and got a +???? Is this possible?? I have done a few opk since d&c and have all been negitive, Am i ovulating??? Having period like cramps on and off passed few days, i am so happy if this turns out to be ovulation. Any body had this???

I haven't had this myself as I bled on and off until af, but I know other ladies have ovulated before af after an mc. It's totally possible. Best go catch that egg!!
