Hiya ladies i've decided to do this properly and write it all down on here as i feel i won't cheat as much with my food :blush:

I wanna loose weight so i'm fitter and look better of course lol, but manly so i can run around with my two sons, josh and kieran.

Wish me look !!

Measurements

Thighs: L 25" R 24"
Arms: L 13" R 12"
Hips:41"
Waist: 36"
Bust: 39"
Calfs: Both - 16 1/2"

Weight and BMI

13 st 1
30.45

I am gonna use weight watchers to control my eating habits and my daily points allowance is 22.

I'm starting the diet tomorrow, but been on the wii active tonight for an hour and the calorie count was 360 :happydance:

I will keep track of what i eat and any activities i do on here daily xx
 
ooh good luck, we can be buddies since were starting around the same time :D
 
Not had a good weekend :-( as my OH treated me this weekend so not been very good at all.
So i'll have to work even harder to work this weekend off too xx
 
I have did 2 workouts on the wii active once kids were in bed and burnt off 362 calories yay lol.

Today i have had so far
A prawn mayonase sandwich
A chicken and bacon sndwich
And i'm gonna have a couple of slices of toast

so did better today but still drinking fizzy pop which id not doing me any favours :-(

Beans on toast with a lean slice of bacon and 1 egg

Waffle and sausages

Savoury rice

Don't have a points calculator to work points out though :-(
So just cutting down really call all i used to do was eat lol xx

I will be doing my workouts once kids are in bed too xx

Weigh in today and i have lost 3lb, my bmi is now 30.05 yayxx

yesterdays workout i burned 199 calories

Had a tuna savoury sandwhich
toasted ham sandwhich
and a bacon and cheese wrap :-(
 
Burned 161 calories in my workout
today food wise i have had:
sausage, egg, bacon & beans
Toasted Ham Sandwhich
