I have 2 swaddle blankets / sheets for sale. Each measure 100cm x 110 cm approx, the big size meant they lasted for a long while. Made from 100% cotton flannel they are lovely and soft. They each have a label showing how to wrap LO up. I used these from when LO was newborn through to 6/7 months. One is white with green spots, the other white with blue spots.
