swapped to sma comfort, now very loose bowels - coincidence?

We started on SMA Gold, but LO gets reflux and wind so swapped her onto SMA comfort. She was on this for a couple of weeks, but wanted feeding every 2 hours and so we tried to swap her back to plain SMA Gold.

Suffice to say she didn't seem to tolerate it that well, once again seeming very uncomfy. We only got down 1 tin and decided to swap her back to the comfort milk and put up with the very regular feeding.

When we swapped back we increased teat size from 1 to 2 on advice from the HV who said size 1 would be too slow with a thicker milk and she would get tired before getting enough.

LO has had very loose, grey green poo since going back on Comfort. But she has seemed very grizzly since, and today she has been VERY loose.

What should I do? How long should I leave it to see if it settles down. She is weeing plenty at the moment.

Don't know what to suggest, but could you possibly try a completely different brand of formula?
My DD was on SMA Gold, and was very sicky from it, so we swapped to Hipp and not had any problems since changing x

Its quite normal for poo to change colour when you change formula as their digestion takes a while to settle. It seems common for LO's to be unsettled on SMA Gold, I too would be inclined to change to something else and stick to it.

Aptimil comfort milk is what my son is on and although his poo is a bit looser than before it is not green! It does change the poo though but that is better than reflux and screaming
