these are soooo easy to make and my LO cant get enough of them! and works for normal potatos too ing: *salt *pepper *cooking oil *1 sweet potato (feeds 1-2 people, add more as needed) *chilli powder (optional) prep: *preheat oven to 450F/230C/gas mark 8 *wash potatos and peel *slice potatos into finger size pieces or wedges, make them about half an *inch wide. *put 1/3cup oil in ziplock bag with small amount of salt and pepper (and chilli powder) *add potato pieces, seal and shake well! cook: *individually place potato pieces onto tray (dont tip bag out or you'll end up with far too much oil on the tray!) *cook middle shelf 10-15 minutes (till brownish) *flip fries/wedges *cook another 10-15 minutes enjoy!!!
