Hello all! Every day I have a portion of sweet items. I feel really guilty about it every day. I generally have been eating nutritiously for the majority of the day.

Today I had an ice cream bar, two mini twix bars and a couple bites of a brownie. I don't plan to have anything sweet the rest of the day and can generally stick to my guns.

First off, how terrible is this? Second, please make me feel better. What do you indulge in?

I eat what I have to, fruit and veg everyday like I should and whic I love of course. There certainly isn't no harm in treating yourself! It can't all be fruit, veg and all things good!

My guilty pleasure is hot chocolate, ice poles and salt and vinegar Pringles!

Um, I hope it's not bad as long as we're eating healthy things too. I save my after dinner snack to be ice cream or brownies... or both. I have a sweet tooth before pregnancy and the last few weeks it's grown! We have a local doughnut shop that has the best doughnuts ever, I bought 4 the other day:shy:

BUT we should keep eating healthy too!:haha:

Oh good grief, I could have written this post myself...I try to eat healthy too, but I NEED something sweet!

Toaster oven s'mores

A little treat is fine (even a little everyday). It can help curb binging.

Lol you are funny. Thats not bad at all. I havent been craving sweet very much at all. I never really do anyway. Bt yesterday was one of those days ,I had m&m's , oatmeal cookies, oreo mcflurry, and raspberry cheesecake gelato. Now that I read this post I think its time to break out the gelato again. Ive also been craving cantina. I love mexican food and love to make cantina. Its so healthy so I feel like I can afford to eat all the sweets my tastebuds desire, lol

I do eat healthy meals, but I always save room for dessert and it's usually jelly beans, ice cream and/or oreo cookies...

I just got back from my midwife appointment and I've gained about 27 lbs so far….se said I need to start watching what I eat and walk more. I left in tears and now feel like a major fatass. It probably doesn't help that DH and I were on vaca last week in the bahamas at an all inclusive resort and I stuffed my face. Guess I need to cut out my nightly sweet snack :(

It doesn't help that my office is overrun with sweets and candy from coworkers.

hmmmmmmm toaster oven smores sound delicious! I hadn't thought of that. Maybe this thread was a bad idea... :dohh:

Good luck! I'm sure the all inclusive threw off your routine and didn't help. Now that you're home, you'll be back to the norm and can make good decisions. :flower:

It's fine! Even if it was terrible, it would only be terrible for you, not baby.
