We all know we shouldn't... but it's just Sooooooooo Yummy :blush: Breastfeeding and trying to lose weight isn't hard for some... but it is for me! I can't say no to the chocolate, ice cream, chippies etc... :blush:

My goal is to take 20lbs off for now, and I would like it off before summer ends for sure! Trying to be realistic here... :rofl:
 
Yay!! Subscribed!! :lol: I love my sweets too. I actually get quite upset if I have a sweet tooth attack and don't have any sweets in the house. My sweet of choice is pie. Any kind of pie. I could sit and eat an entire cherry pie in one go. :blush::haha:

I have been stuck at this weight since Emma was born. I have only lost five pounds of the baby weight. Which is a bit crazy because she weighed nearly 8 coming out. :rofl::rofl: So I would have thought I would at least lose 8 but I guess it doesn't work that way.

I think 20 pounds by the end of summer is a good goal! I think I'll do the same. :thumbup: I really have about 80 that would need to be lost to be at a normal BMI but that's just craziness so I'll start small as well. :D

Oh you witch! You just seriously made me want a cherry pie sooooooo bad! :( I couldn't have that (grocery stores closed here now) so I had an o'henry ice cream bar and it was GOOOOOD! haha :blush: :blush: :blush:

I lost all of my baby weight after having Kayleigh but then I gained er all back and an extra 5lbs! :wacko: I think most of that part was from me quitting smoking... buuuuut I wasn't small to begin with this pregnancy so I still have A LOT to take off. I could stand to lose around 80-90lbs total but we shall start off with 20, I mean, I do love my sweets.... Tee Hee :haha:

Ugh :witch: cramps are driving me nuts! I sure don't want her to show her ugly face yet, but I hate the cramps! Ick! Oh darn... now I want chips! :blush:
 
I seriously have to crack down hardcore! I have more family pictures on the 19th... and more in the fall, plus, christmas and a new years wedding (friend of mine... not me) I wonder with weight watchers how good it is... I heard 1-2lbs a week.... I know Atkins is like 7lbs a week for the first few weeks and then 2-3lbs a week after that but it's so darn hard to stick to! I want to get some of this weight off!!!! Who is with me?
 
You know I am! I honestly don't know how to do weight watchers. A friend of mine does it and has done it a few times. But she always gains the weight back so I'm not sure it's all that reliable unless you plan on doing it forever. I know you count points but I'm not sure what is what points and how many we can have as nursing mothers. It definitely works though from the people I know that have done it! I have another friend that is at 30 pounds lost right now. It took her like 6 months to lose it but that's better than nothing I say! I need to just start walking more. At the very least. I am really lazy though. I admit it. :haha:
 
Oh me too! I think I'm going to do some yoga and pilates soon! Pilates works and yoga is great for your body :P Plus no more junk! I say this as I eat a watermelon freezie! haha :blush:
 
yeah, weight watchers gives you a set amount of points per day and you get a book with loads of different foods, so you know how many are in what you're eating. You get like 35 extra points a week too, you can use once... like a take out meal or something. It works but you have to stick to it. Not like me hehe
 
Well I just got done eating at a buffet. LoL like three plates of food to be exact! :blush: maybe I'll start tomorrow. :lol:
 
:rofl: Tomorrow sounds like a plan :P I was thinking of starting something Monday morning :P I am getting groceries this weekend... can plan out some meals etc... and have a fresh start come Monday morning! :)
