Swimming

I was thinking of starting swimming and using the hot tub. Its ok whilst still breast feeding isnt it? wouldnt want to make the pool or tub all milky!! lol!!Seems strange cause the only time I dont have breast pads on is when I am in the shower in my own house! I know even after showering you still stink of chlorine, just wondering if this would annoy baby with feeding

You can do it, probably would be best to hold off on nursing until you showered but if that's not possible just wipe yourself off with some clean water or something so they don't have to taste the chlorine

I have nursed straight after taking Hebe swimming - I didnt even get chance to rince she just booted off the first time went!!

I dont think you need to worry about mily water....you'd need to chuck a pint in to see it!

i feed after swimming all the time even if it's not a schenduled feed and we've had no problems so far. I do like to shower before i nurse though.
