We are going on holidays in just over a week and im just wondering will my LO need goggles??

I don't think your LO will need goggles. Mine has never worn them and has been fine

Wouldn't bother. DS started swimming lessons at 5 months and none of the kids wore goggles. DS only developed an aversion to opening his eyes under water after 2 years old. Apparently it is common about that age, about half his class did.
