So I have about had it with the Dr. Browns bottles. I loved them when he was a bit younger and had bad gas and spit up a ton but now that he seems to be growing out of it I absolutley despise these bottles! They are a total pain in the butt! Can anyone recommend a bottle similar to Dr. Browns without a million peices to clean?

Thank you!!

After some research it seems that a lot of people have has luck with the less expensive gerber bottles. Have any of you had the same luck?

I came to the same decision. I now use Avent bottles and Boots own brand x

Just realised your in the US so not usre if you have a boots! but these are them...

We use the walmart brand. By the way if it is a standard bottle size the dr browns nipples will fit in the other bottles and then you have less parts to clean. Our favorite right now are the playtex drop ins cause my dr likes to eat laying on her tummy of all positions. We can push all of the air out of the bottles and when she sucks she only gets milk. It works for us right now.

We use the Playtex Nursers. I used all brands with my DD because she would take any bottle and we used the Avent, Dr.Browns, Playtex Nursers, Playtex VentAire, NUK, Tommee Tippees, and Medela. Out of all of them the Playtex Nursers were the best all around. The nipple is the closest to a real nipple, they are beyond easy to clean, and eliminate most of the air in the bottle because you use drop ins with them.

You can buy a large starter pack for 25 dollars. :)
