Switching Milk??!!

Ok so LO has been on cow and gate comfort since around three weeks old as was constipated on SMA GOLD.... however now this is much better I want to put her on to the normal cow and gate milk - is it ok to just switch over?

ye its fine,i switched from sma due to constipation to aptamil comfort and then after a few weeks to aptamil normal.HV says to just switch anyway but i did it before asking.x

I'd have a chat to HV before switching. Four weeks is pretty quick for whatever was causing the constipation to clear up - unless it was caused by the SMA of course!

I've had my LO on C&G comfort formula for 3 months, and only now am I starting to think he may not need it any more. TMI, but I've reached that conclusion because his poos have been on the wet side for the last couple of weeks, even though he is not ill. I'll be discussing with HV first though, as I really don't want to go back to the bad old days of constipation.
