symptom spotting. advice??

Hi. Need a bit of advice please. I have been taking vitex to try and bring on a period. And for the past week I have noticed I have very sore boobs, cramping, nausea, dizziness and headaches, bloated, and have just had a big breakout of spots (I never get spots) does this sound like it could be side effects of the vitex and maybe my period might be coming or should I take a test?

I think taking a test wouldn't be a bad idea. Those are also things that happen when taking Vitex. It regulates your pituitary gland, which slowly adjusts your hormones. Your body can react like this at first, especially if it caused you to ovulate. You may be in the two week wait before your period
