We had a surprise scan today d/t some pains, everything is ok, but got a couple pictures. I know you can't really see a "nub", but just curious what everyone thinks, skull theory, etc

Thank you! I know they're not the greatest, it was just a quick scan so she didn't spend a whole lot of time focusing like usual. Thanks for the guess! We're hoping for a lil boy
