I started with really mild contractions on the 30th, they got stronger and stronger during the day so i went to hospital and nothing was happening, wasn't even dilated so went home less than 24 hours the pain got worse and worse and nope often was down to 4 mins apart so we went back up checking again i was now 3 cm dilated but by now the pain was unbareable so they gave me some gas and air they came to check again 10 mins later i was 4 cm dilated . They sent me up to the delivery suite at 10.55 and given pethadine for a while a stayed pretty calm waking round using the birthing ball not alot for a few hours them at 5.00 my waters broke and by 5.15 i was pushing , but my contractions started to slow down so they gave me a drip this was put in wrong and i ripped it out cy mistake. Around my boyfriends neck covering alot off people in blood.. I was pushing and pushing i eventually managed to get somewhere and by 6.15 my kitle girl was lay in my arms! 7 lb 1. 51 cm and the 7 hours 20 mins where painfull but i got the most beautiful gift at the end x x x x
