It's my OH's birthday on Friday and he is having a family party on the Sunday and I said to him I would like to make him a cake and asked what he wanted (I regret it now), he wants a Tardis cake, not a 2D one, a standing up 3D one !
I have a couple of concerns and could use some advice !
1. Keeping the icing on the sides without it sliding off
2. If I make it on Friday will it be ok on Sunday or should I make it on Saturday ready for Sunday ?
