tax credit renewal - how long did it take?

hi there

renewed my tax credits yesterday over the phone, some years i can have a payment in a few days some years its a week or so. i know im due something back as they got my income wrong. just wondering if anyone had renewed recently and how long it took???? you normally recieve payment before you get the letter telling you about it lol

I renewed yesterday too. Last year when I renewed I think I had a payment in my account within 7 days

When I rang up to renew on Wednesday they said the back payment is pretty quick, then it will take a week or two to get the new awards notice

I just had one payment go in yesterday so that was fast. Only a small payment though
