Really need some advice please.....I got a complelty random letter from tax credits yesterday asking me to send in my wage slips, panicking what was going on I phoned up and spoke to a surprisingly really nice lady. I explained to her usually I do work 17 hours sometimes more but during the months they are asking for I was pregnant and signed off for a lot of it or on matenity leave they are asking for pay slips from April to October.
April- I was in and out of work with hyperemisis grevaedrum (severe morning sickness) so at most some weeks I was only showing up for work 4 hours sometimes 8 as j was so ill and some shifts signed off the beginning of that month.
May- was a fazed return to work as suggested by my GP with lowered work pattern. On return to work I was treated awfully by the manager and was still sick continuously everyday frown emoticon
June- signed off for work related stress and depression/anxiety caused by my employer
July- returned to work for a couple of shifts at a different store as a fresh start (still same company) and then ended up falling really ill was forced to take early maternity leave.
August- holiday which was owed to me spread accross the month so I didn't have to start maternity leave as early.
September- on maternity leave
October- maternity leave

I'm so worried the last stress I need when only having a baby 3 weeks ago. The lady j spoke to said it would be fine and to write a covering note basically saying what I've wrote above. But I am a natural worrier. I also told her that when i did my renewal in June I also told the advisor on the phone situation and they said it was fine.

Thanks in advance

Just write it all down as you have and note who you spoke to and when. There's nothing else you can do. Good luck x

You should still have pay slips during those absences?x
