Team Yellow but has the MW indirectly told me??

Hey girls.

We are team yellow and happy to stay that way officially but I do love love the guessing!!

We had our main US scan 2 weeks ago at 23 weeks. When I went in I told the midwife I didn't want to know the sex of the baby. Half way through I joke to DH "not to be looking for bits and bobs!". A few mins later she said to DH " did you see anything there?" to which DH replied "No" then she said "Oh I was right in between the legs there".

Now it could just be me but I just don't think she would have said that to a man if it was a girl plus is there anything to see if it is a girl or is it the lack of that indicates a girl!!??

Any theories??

I wouldn't have taken anything from it either way to be honest. You still don't know what she meant by it so youre still team yellow in a way! He he.

Thanks Kimbob89! People keep saying to me why didn't don't I just find out if I am driving myself so mad wondering but even if someone came up to me now with the answer I would still say no!

Well, she may have just assumed that he knew what to look for. If I had an ultrasound right now (if I was pregnant), if I looked at a potty shot, I would know what I was having just by looking at "what was there". Either male genitalia or 3 lines.

I had a scan at 34 weeks and I asked the person doing it if they could double check the sex so she went between his legs and my oh couldn't see anything lol even though she clearly pointed it out haha but it wasn't a great angle I just about made out his balls and the tip of his willy as it was hanging down so I wouldn't say your babies a girl just because you oh couldn't see anything

My OH didn't even know the leg from the arms at our scan lol. He had to be guided through each body part because sometimes it is hard to keep track and see.. So I doubt he would have known she was looking at the genitals tbh. Unless he's very clued up on what to look for
