teen pregnancy resentments **BFP mention**

I don't spend much time in the teen section because sometimes I don't relate or want a different opinion. Just because your pains are worse doesn't make theirs any less valid. Had you had an "easy" time ttc then those pains would be the worst for you, too. I can safely say that it is NOT age that determines when you should ttc. It is mental readiness. I could have easily supported myself and a baby at 16 because of how I grew up. I agree that people who get pregnant on a whim and aren't mentally prepared are ridiculous. That goes at any age. But if you're mentally ready you will find a way to be physically healthy and financially stable. Just my two cents. Age isn't a factor to me. I know women older then me who I honestly think should not have kids for a LONG time. Tried not to be offensive but I have no way of knowing what could be offensive to LTTTC'rs. Hope I came across diplomatically! Not offended just adding my view.

According to the BNB rules people under the age of 18 are not allowed to discuss TTC on the forum not even in the teen section. That is for teens who are already pregnant. I myself started TTC when i was 17, which looking back now was silly but we had just bought our first home had good jobs and thats what we wanted at the time, i dont think i was ready back then though knowing what i do now. so maybe i am a little bit of a hypocrite but they are way to young!.

And im also sick of people not just younger people just people in generally being like oh we tried for 4/5/6 months this baby is a miracle because i must have been infertile...

I know you ment no offense by your post, and i hope you dont take anyby my reply. You have spoken like a person that has not had to struggle to be pregnant. A person that has not been in our position would never under stand the struggles we go through on a dailey basis. I go to bed every night and pray i wont wake up because the pain is to great to handle and to go through your day with your heart being crushed to the point you cant breath and then crying your self to sleep at night. A LTTTC womens pain cannot be belittle because a teen is pissed of at the resentment we feel towards teenagers that get pregnant so easily, they will never know this kind of pain. People can be flippant about 'age doesnt matter' but the law of no sex under 16 is there for a reason. I dont believe children having children should be so easily approved of.

understand your upset on this after TTC 5 years hearing people 16 or sometimes younger moan about not getting pregnant after ttc only a few months upsets me

Thank you for the well wishes all though as it stands it may very well not be a viable pregnancy so I am in a horrible limbo at the moment.
