Teething help

my daughter has 7 teeth but the last one she had come frew bruised her gums before coming threw

has anyone elses children had that?
i worried she knocked it but to bruise that bad she would of cried and my doctor told me it was teething just wondered how common it is and if she's like that will it happen for more of her teeth now?

mine also has 7 teeth and ive noticed a large lump on her gum, im noy sure if its a tooth or not, to me it seems to bigger lump for a tooth to be under it, its not giving her pain tho, ive not heard of bruises apearing but neither had i lumps.
