teething - nappies bad

I'm sure that dd is teething. There is a very hard bump pushing through her gums at the moment. Generally she is fine, maybe a tad grumpy but mostly ok. However, nappies are terrible at the moment. Almost newborn like. How long should this last? Been going on for 3or4 days so far......

Sadly there seemed no consistent answer with us. Get some metanium for the nappy rash, it's the best imo. Good luck and I hope it comes through really quickly
