Saw this on Facebook about what not to say to an infertile woman and BnB gets a mention as being a godsend!

https://www.telegraph.co.uk/women/m...-to-say-to-a-woman-who-cant-get-pregnant.html

Really good article and I've just downloaded the writers novel as it's only 99p on kindle. I have to say anything that might help me cope with infertility at the moment is worth a try.

It's a good article (and like the ref to B&B), but as usual you have the stupid comments at the end. They have no idea!

I hadn't read the comments until you mentioned them and they are from the usual think they know best commentators and are best ignored

That is a lovely article.

Regarding the comments: I've learned to stop reading comments on articles, especially those on infertility. It must be nice to be able to be all high and mighty when you've never struggled with IF. People think they can be judgmental because they are on the internet and supposedly anonymous.

I thought it was a good article too.

What struck me about some of the comments were those from husbands/partners who were struggling with infertility but were feeling left out. You really feel for them.

As for those other vile commentators, they need to keep their unhelpful thoughts to themselves. They've got no idea.

I heard a fertility doctor on a BBC programme a while ago say that infertility is a medical condition the same as any other and deserves to be treated. I don't understand why some people can't get their head around that.

Saw your signature. So sorry for your recent loss. :hugs:

Great article, thank you for sharing.

Some of the comments...eurgh, some people!

Will definitely be buying her book.

I'm half way through her book and it is really good - I'm finding it hard to put down!
