Temp dip at 7dpo

Hello.
I am new at this. This is my second month really trying. Last month I let my mind run. But this month I am trying really hard not to imagine things or get too crazy.

I am on 7dpo and I had a significant bbt dip and have cramps on my lower right abdomen. Could this be implantation? Has anyone experience this and ended in a bfp? My af is supposed to be on the 20th.

I am so hoping but at the same time I am trying to stay realistic.
