Temp drops. Temp rises. Doesn't mean BFP

Hey girls.. If you're looking at signs of an early pregnancy please don't look at your temps for signs. I had temp dips around a good implantion days of my cycle and even temp rise.. I had cramps from 10dpo to 14dpo. Swore I thought there was an eggy that implanted.. But nope.. AF came on 16dpo not 14dpo..

Not even gonna think I'm pregnant until my temp stays high and AF is late.. Sorry to sound so negative but this shows me no matter how much you cramp or have achy sensitive breasts it doesn't mean you're pregnant.. So next cycle I am not gonna symptom spot at all!

Looks like you had a mid lutal dip (they're caused by a secondary estrogen surge)
