Hey peeps!
I'm on my first cycle post bcp, I'm accepting that my cycle could be messed up and there's no way for me to know, but I was wondering what sort of temp spikes people have when O'ing?
If I was regular I'd be O'ing within a day or so but my temp has been nearly the exact same since I started practicing temping almost a month ago, with a half degree C spike day 1 of AF.
So what temp have you ladies experienced? I know everyone's different I'm just sad to think I might not O this month if my temp is anything to go by, plus I wouldn't know what an O felt like if it hit me on the head
